Church
It’s a word that triggers a variety of responses from people in all ages and stages of life. Some responses are positive, some responses are negative, and other responses land somewhere in between. Let’s start by talking about what Entwistle Community Church is all about.
What is Entwistle Community Church all about?
Entwistle Community Church is primarily a people, not a place. We are real people, asking real questions, worshiping the real God. That means we spend time together every week supporting each other as we go through life, learning about who Jesus is and what the gospel means. The more we do that, the more we see our lives radically transformed for the better.
Whether you already follow Jesus or are seeking to know what that means, you can expect to receive a warm welcome. That means whatever ideas or beliefs you have about God, we have created a space for you in this community that will help you explore those ideas and beliefs in a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment. Really, this community is open to anyone who wants to connect with other people to ask meaningful questions about life, God, spirituality, faith, and everything in between — and receive some honest answers to those questions. In other words, you don’t need to be anywhere other than where you’re at today to join us. If you would like to join us showing up to one of our Sunday gatherings is a good place to start. We gather every Sunday at 10:30am where we learn from the Bible, honour God through music, and build relationships with other people who are exploring what it means to be a community of people who follow Jesus.
What about you?
Now that you know a little bit about us, we want to know a little bit about you. Who are you? What’s your story? How can we help you learn more about who Jesus is and what that really even means for your life? If you have any more questions, or just want to talk to someone who is a part of our church to hear more, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to connect with you and we hope to see you next Sunday.
Community is their middle name!
